  • 45-minute psychiatric consultation

  • Personalized treatment plan (medication and/or therapy)

  • Basic lab orders (Quest Diagnostics)

  • Optional genomic testing (additional fee)

The Root Flow

90-Minute Root Cause Assessment/ADHD Evaluation (Insurance NOT accepted)

Book A Session

A deep-dive psychiatric and functional assessment designed to uncover the underlying causes of mental health concerns. This approach considers biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors impacting overall well-being. ADHD assessment.

  • Extended pre-session questionnaires to assess symptoms

  • In-depth review of personal and family health history, lifestyle, and environmental factors

  • Ordering and interpretation of both basic and advanced functional lab tests (Quest Diagnostics)

  • Development of a customized supplement and lifestyle plan based on functional lab results

  • Coordination with primary care providers, therapists, or other specialists as needed (included in session time)

25-Minute Follow-Up – $250

A focused follow-up session to assess progress, adjust treatment plans, and review medication or supplement management. Ideal for addressing specific concerns and making necessary refinements to your care plan.

50-Minute Extended Follow-Up – $395

A comprehensive follow-up session that includes everything in the 25-minute session, plus additional time for psychotherapy interventions, a more detailed treatment review, and deeper adjustments to your wellness plan.
