A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation for symptoms like anxiety, depression, PTSD, or bipolar spectrum disorder. Designed for individuals with one or two primary concerns who are open to medication if clinically appropriate. Does not included ADHD evaulation.

  • Pre-session intake covering psychiatric, medical, and lifestyle history

  • 45-minute psychiatric consultation

  • Personalized treatment plan (medication and/or therapy)

  • Basic lab orders (Quest Diagnostics)

  • Optional genomic testing (additional fee)

25-Minute Follow-Up – $200

Book A Session

A focused follow-up session to assess progress, adjust treatment plans, and review medication or supplement management. Ideal for addressing specific concerns and making necessary refinements to your care plan.

  • Medication and/or supplement check-in

  • Progress assessment and care plan updates

  • Brief symptom tracking and support

  • Adjustments to treatment or labs if needed
