Coaching supports mindset, confidence, life transitions, and emotional clarity. It does not involve diagnosis or medication. Clinical services are for those needing support with symptoms, mood stabilization, and may include medication or labs.

Integrative psychiatry blends traditional care with holistic tools—like nutrition, labs, mindfulness, and lifestyle support. It’s not anti-medication—it’s about treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

RivaWell is a self-pay practice. Clinical clients can request a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coaching is not insurance-eligible, and we do not offer payment plans at this time.

No. We do not prescribe controlled substances such as benzodiazepines or stimulants. Our focus is on non-addictive options and long-term, integrative support.

For those experiencing a severe mental health crisis, we recommend starting with in-person care. Because we value whole-person healing, we believe virtual services are most effective when you're in a space to engage consistently, reflect deeply, and take aligned action.
